Beat Hazard (Indie Video Game)

| Thursday, January 21, 2010
All I can say about this game is incredible. I listened to my album for the gameplay and it was a beast, spaceships coming from every angle. Then I switched it up and rocked that new Juvy and it was even harder. Check it out when you have some time.

Chime dropping Feb. 3

| Wednesday, January 20, 2010

Between your rampant donations to Child's Play and your support with Haiti recovery efforts, you've been stretching your altruism muscles quite a bit over the past few months. We just hope you're not all charity'd out -- Zoe Mode and OneBigGame's XBLA rhythm title, Chime, is due on February 3. In case you've forgotten, 60 percent of the game's 400 ($5) price tag will go to Save the Children and Starlight Children's Foundation.

Best of all, the game actually looks pretty fun! Check out the explanation video above to see the title in action -- it's kind of like Tetris meets Lumines meets the beneficence of the human spirit.

This is a really fun game and it is pretty challenging. I love the art style and the old school side scroll beat em up action similar to Ninja Gaiden.

An undead samurai dishwasher in a dystopian universe is on a quest for revenge against the evil cyborg army. Xbox Gameroom Pricing Details

| Thursday, January 7, 2010

An online fact sheet has detailed the pricing structure for Microsoft's newly announced Avatar-occupied Game Room, and we'd suggest gamers stock up on Microsoft funny money. Players have three options: 400 ($5) grants a dual-platform license (playable on Xbox 360 and PC), 240 ($3) gets you the virtual arcade cabinet on one platform (Xbox 360 or PC), and, for the old-fashioned types, 40 ($0.50) is exactly "two quarters" worth of playtime -- for an authentic arcade experience, minus the sticky floors. Additionally, when visiting friends' game rooms, you can "try" their games before you pump in Microsoft Points of your own.

The Game Room itself -- developed by third-party outfit Krome Studios (Viva PiƱata: Party Animals, Star Wars: Republic Heroes) -- will be free for users to download. Customization options are mentioned in the fact sheet, but pricing for these features is not addressed. At launch the service will include 30 original arcade titles -- with "over 1000" planned in the future -- from multiple publishers, including Atari, Activision, Intellivision, and Konami. (A list of 31 confirmed titles is posted after the break.)

Games will be presented in 1080p (because that's why you bought that HD set) and will support multiplayer for up to two players, as well as cross-platform leaderboards and Achievements. Microsoft's Home Game Room is slated to launch this spring.

First of I want to thank everyone who played Gears of War with us last night I had so much fun, I also want to take the time to thank Infinity for turning me into a master cook, thanks girl I owe you one. For those who couldn't play sorry for the short notice, the next "game nite" is coming up soon feel free to send me or EOP a email if your interested in joining the fun. My email is costa@1081creations.com and eop email is eop@1081creations.com. The game we play is completely up to whoever that wants to play but as of now we will be playing Grand Theft Auto 4. Let me lay down some ground rules.

1) Don't assume the females playing don't have skills because they are female.
2) No racist assholes allowed unless your equally racist against everyone like EOP.
3) We don't need any Last Action Heroes (Trying to me Kobe ((A Superstar))
4) No ignorant assholes (AGAIN)
5) No Whiners
6) No people who think they are the greatest player every and really suck.
7) No negative nellys
8) Don't ask for our gamertags we will find you.
9) No random friend request, if you have skills we will add you.
10) No perverts going through adding all the females on other peoples friend list trying to get a girl. Effin loser.
11) Don't come into the party trying to promote your music and product if your material or items suck.
12) If your not open minded and you cant accept criticism don't play with us.
13) No sore losers
14) Last not least we need no super sensitive people playing with us.

P.S. If were playing Gears; Infintiy, EOP, and Angie is one my squad. If were playing GTA me, Stevo and EOP will kill everyone so don't even try to play against us. May everyone have a great day and weekend and all super sensitive punks get some backbone and then come see us. Peace
