Food For the Soul IV

What's up people it's Infinity here with sumthin good for you guys to savor. I decided to broaden the posts and add some real food as opposed to a dessert. Get at me via email with any questions or requests! Enjoy!

Rice Broccoli & Cheese Casserole

1 Onion Diced
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
½ Cup of Milk
1 10oz. package of Frozen Broccoli
½ lb. Velveeta Cheese (cut in cubes)
1 ½ Cup of Cooked Rice

Sauté onion in butter, then combine with other ingredients. In a greased 1 ½ quart casserole dish bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
