A Great Way to Start the Weekend

| Thursday, January 6, 2011
The videos for this week post, are some of the tracks that inspired me to crate dig and chop samples. Just looking back thinking how some of these tracks are now 11 years ago, damn I feel old. Have a good weekend everybody.

Remember timeless music has no age or boundaries so it makes you feel like the first time that you have ever heard it

Nah son! We all get older and wiser, and that's not even the true issue. Young folks who like wack shit just like to holler "you're old" or "out of touch with today's music" because they lack the comprehension of what is real. Bottom line, there is real hip hop and fake hip hop. The music you included on this post (and blog) is real hip hop. That shit everybody else enjoys, cherishes and talks about is fake. Bottom line.

1081 Creations >>>>>> every other so called hip hop blog. No competition!

Digs has a point, alot of these blogs are cookie cutter layouts to promote niggarance. Its not getting old be reliving our childhoods to cherish moments in music.

I also hate that when some mofos are like, "man that song is like a couple months, year, ...etc. old" (in a negative way)! Good music is indd timeless. There should've been a music video for nag chamba!

Like KidNice and yourself stated, Good Music is timeless! I feel old too sometimes when I hear or talk about a song that these youngins know nothing about. But either way, I feel like we are lucky because we came from an era that had some of the most excellent music ever. That's why we can easily recognize what's real...
