Hello all! It was so nice to see the responses that were left in response to the blueberry cake so I’m back to give you more sweet treats! The recipe for this week is called chew bread. I always make this on the holidays for my family. I hope you all enjoy!

Also if you have any questions about cooking or would like a particular recipe posted feel free to email me at Pocaria@1081creations.com and I will get back to you asap!

Melt butter and add sugar. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, one cup at a time. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in 13x9x2 * inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Use a toothpick to test, when it comes out clean its done.

Oh yeah i tried the cake with peaches, it came out pretty good, I just have to figure out if I should use fresh peaches or dried peaches, the fresh peaches made the cake too moist.

Tiff- good luck!
K'- ur crazy but I like it!
Costa- Will do I made them today and Eop loved them.
Angie- peaches does sound good but next time try hard peaches not the nice soft sweet ones or try canned and drain the light syrup then rinse. once they are dry cut the peaches up they are in slices so cut them in 3rds and that should cut down on the over moisture but after all peaches are known for their juice so it is possible that even though the cake was great the peach might not be the best idea bc of the water content. maybe try strawberries next time I know I am!!!

Thanks for the love you guys!
